Welcome to Deskline, a fictional company that is growing while customer support struggles to keep up.
At Deskline, you explore project materials and conversations with three stakeholder characters. Each source adds something to the picture — and can raise another question.
The exercise is designed around the work of analysis: understanding needs, comparing perspectives and connecting information.
- Explore the evidenceReview the project brief, emails and support information. Notice what is known and what still needs checking.
- Listen across perspectivesDiscover how the sponsor, support manager and frontline agent describe the same situation.
- Build a connected pictureOrganise information using the BACCM Canvas: need, change, solution, stakeholder, value and context.
- Identify the next questionsConsider what else you would need to understand before recommending a way forward.
